Project engagements
Any paid engagement between 904.Technology and a client is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work. The website's content does not by itself form a contract or warranty for any specific service, deliverable, timeline, or outcome.
Content and intellectual property
All copy, design, code, and imagery on this site is the property of 904.Technology or used with permission. You may not republish substantial portions of it without our written consent. Quoting short excerpts with attribution is welcome.
Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party sites we don't control (client sites, news articles, tooling). We're not responsible for their content or policies.
Limitation of liability
904.Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for any matter arising under a signed engagement is limited as specified in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
