Who we are
904.Technology is a Jacksonville, Florida digital studio. This policy covers 904.technology and any sub-pages we operate from this domain. If you have questions, email hello@904.technology.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form we store your name, email, optional phone number, and message so we can reply.
- Basic analytics. Aggregate, anonymized page-view data so we can understand which pages are useful. No personally identifying analytics profiles are built.
- Authentication data (CMS only). If you are an invited team member signing into the admin area, our auth provider (Clerk) stores your email and a hashed credential. This is not used for visitors of the public site.
How we use it
Information from contact submissions is used solely to respond to you, scope a potential engagement, or follow up on an active project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (session, theme preference). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
