Who we are

904.Technology is a Jacksonville, Florida digital studio. This policy covers 904.technology and any sub-pages we operate from this domain. If you have questions, email hello@904.technology.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form we store your name, email, optional phone number, and message so we can reply.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate, anonymized page-view data so we can understand which pages are useful. No personally identifying analytics profiles are built.
• Authentication data (CMS only). If you are an invited team member signing into the admin area, our auth provider (Clerk) stores your email and a hashed credential. This is not used for visitors of the public site.

How we use it

Information from contact submissions is used solely to respond to you, scope a potential engagement, or follow up on an active project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies (session, theme preference). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

You can email us at any time to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
